Dock Levelers

Dock levelers are widely used for the efficient loading and unloading of goods from and to containers. They are designed to streamline the loading process, ensuring easy and quick operations.

 Dock levelers are typically installed in warehouses with concrete loading docks, where a pit is created with a depth of 60 cm. The dock leveler is then placed in the pit and securely anchored.

In terms of standard dimensions and load capacities, the dock leveler has a length of 3 meters and a width of 2 meters. 

There are three main types of Dock levelers available load capacities range from 6 tons to 8 tons to 10 tons. Custom sizes can also be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Key features of the Dock levelers include, the dock leveler can be raised to a maximum height of 60 cm above the dock level and can be lowered to 30 cm below the dock level.
